1. Controller and scope
The developer and controller for this policy is Yusufcan Değişme. The app can be used without creating an account operated by the developer. An app-generated identifier may be used locally and with CloudKit to maintain record relationships and sharing.
2. Information you choose to process
The app can process the profile details, landlord and tenant details, property addresses, lease dates and notes, rent, payments, deposits, reminders, archive records, portfolio names, membership roles and technical record identifiers that you choose to enter. It does not collect advertising identifiers, contacts, photos, microphone data or precise location for advertising or tracking.
3. Purposes
Your information is used on the device to manage portfolios, properties, tenants and leases; calculate rent periods and balances; prepare reminders and reports; create Word or PDF documents; import or export backups; synchronize through iCloud when enabled; and share a selected portfolio with people you invite.
4. Local storage, iCloud and sharing
Offline records are stored in the local database. When iCloud sync is enabled, relevant records are processed in Apple CloudKit. The developer cannot browse your private CloudKit database. A shared portfolio is available only to invited participants according to Apple CloudKit permissions. Revoking access stops future shared synchronization after the change propagates.
5. Subscriptions and plan changes
Apple processes subscription purchases through StoreKit. The app does not receive or store your bank or payment card details. If a paid entitlement ends, records above the Free plan limits are preserved rather than silently deleted. They can become available again when Apple later confirms an eligible subscription.
6. Backup, import and exported documents
A JSON export, Word or PDF document, print action or system share sheet is created only when you request it. Before a JSON import, the app creates a local pre-import safety backup of the current data. Subscription entitlement, Apple identity and CloudKit permission are not granted by an imported backup. You control where exported files are stored and with whom they are shared.
7. Retention and deletion
Local records remain until you delete them. Supported deletions stay in Trash for 30 days. Rotating automatic local backups are limited to 20 copies. The Delete All App Data control removes the local profile, records, Trash and local backups and attempts to remove CloudKit portfolios you own. It does not cancel the Apple subscription or delete the original portfolio owned by someone else. Files exported outside the app must be deleted from their saved location separately.
8. Information about tenants and other people
If you enter information about another person, you are responsible for having a lawful basis and providing any notices required in your jurisdiction. Enter only information needed for property and lease management.
9. Website and security
The support website uses no advertising or cross-site analytics cookies. Its hosting provider may process limited network and security logs needed to deliver and protect the site. Protect your device with a passcode, enable two-factor authentication for your Apple Account and store exported backups securely. No electronic storage method can guarantee absolute security.
10. Children, changes and contact
The app is not directed to children and is not intended to knowingly collect information from children. This policy may be updated when features or legal requirements change. For privacy or support requests, contact yusufcandegisme@gmail.com.
