1. End User License Agreement
Use of the app is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. If this summary conflicts with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA controls.
2. Free and subscription plans
The app offers a Free plan and automatically renewing Individual and Professional subscriptions. Available prices, currencies, billing periods and renewal details are shown by Apple before purchase. Subscriptions are billed and managed through your Apple Account. Ending a paid entitlement restricts paid actions but does not silently delete records above the Free plan limits.
3. Your records and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of the information you enter, including information about landlords, tenants and other people. The app is a management tool and is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Official deadlines and obligations should be verified with an appropriate professional or authority.
4. iCloud, sharing and availability
iCloud synchronization and portfolio sharing depend on Apple services, network availability, an eligible subscription and the permissions of the relevant Apple Accounts. Keep independent backups of important records. Do not use the app to gain unauthorized access to another person’s data or Apple services.
5. Country rule packs and notifications
Country rule packs organize product features and reminders; they do not replace local legal advice. Ready-made tenant notification templates are currently available only in the Türkiye Rules Pack. Localized templates for the Global Rules Pack are planned for a future update.
